Office hours are from 07.00 in the morning to 23.59 hours at night at Terminal 1, and from 08.00 hours to 23.59 hours at Terminal 2.

Avis car rental agreements include 24/7 roadside assistance and optional mobile WiFi and GPS navigation devices. Child seats are also available for an additional fee. Avis offices stock baby, infant and child booster seats for families travelling in the Varese province. Car rental cancellation is free as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance and customers pay on collection.

Mobile WiFi allows customers to connect to the Internet inside and outside of their rental car, saving money on roaming or hotel Internet connection charges. Mobile WiFi gives Avis customers connectivity for up to five devices: laptops, tablets, gaming consoles and smartphones.
